Our Team

CEO, Christopher Weaver has nearly extensive Law Enforcement and Military training. While serving in the United States Army as a Military Policeman. Mr. Weaver was deployed to the Middle East for a total of 30 months in support of contingency operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally, Mr. Weaver has a plethora of knowledge in the Information Technology sector. Some roles he previously held while supporting organizations such as the DOD and private sectors are; IT Engineer, Sr. System Administrator, Configuration Manager/Change Manger, and Tier III Desktop Support, while maintaining certifications such as: CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Solutions Architect, Microsoft Server 2012 R2, and Microsoft Windows 10.

Mr. Weaver's civilian education includes a BS in Political Science and an MS in Cloud Architecture. 

Mr. Weaver started LOOM because he is passionate about two things:

1. Providing Military Veterans, a stable and reliable place of employment. 

2. Providing employment opportunities to women and minorities that come from socio-economic disadvantaged backgrounds an opportunity for a career in the Information Technology sector.
